    • 1/31/1761 - Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records 1759-1763; Liber RR {Abstract by Mike Marshall}; Page 114. At the request of George Riddle the following Deed was recorded January 31, 1761.
      Indenture made January 29, 1761; between John Riddle, Jr., planter in consideration of 30 pounds currency paid by George Riddle, planter has sold part of a tract called "Prince Spring" containing 50 acres and lying on the north east side of the White Marsh being a draft of the Eastern Branch of Potomack River. Signed John Riddle, Jr. in the presence of John Hepburn, John F.A. Priggs and acknowledged before John Hepburn and at the same time Mary Riddle w/o John Riddle, Jr.,relinquished her right of dower.
