On March 4, 1678 he sold 50 acres of Lusby to Thomas Bucknoll which was re-recorded 1707 for a consideration 3000 lbs. of tobacco.,
Original land grant was to Robert Lusby called Lusby, north side of Seavorne River, west side of Ferry Creek,... to head of cove of Ferry Creek.,
Jacob Lusby, Sr., was the godfather of Jacob Lusby, son of John, b. 4 Feb 1705/6. (A:66) He was the Jacob Lusby bur. 18 July 1709. (A:67).
