      LUSBY, Robert. Pvt. In Capt. William Marbury's Co. of Artillery in 1777. Took Oath of Allegiance before Hon. Nicholas Worthington Mar 1778. Also a 2nd Lt. in Capt. Henry Bateman's Co. of the Severn Battalion on 15 Aug 1778. On 19 Jun 1789, final distribution of his estate was made to Deborah Lusby (widow's third) with sevenths of the balance to Susannah Lusby, Edward Lusby, James Lusby, Samuel Lusby, Polly Lusby, Henry Lusby and William Lusby.
