      LUSBY, VINCENT. Enrolled by Capt. James Disney Jr. and passed by Col. Richard Harwood 13 Jul 1776. On 5 Mar 1777. Petitioned for backpay 5 Mar 1777 saying he entered service 15 Jul 1776 under Capt. James Disney of Anne Arundel Co. and taken prisoner 3 Jan 1777. Took oath of Allegiance before Hon. Richard Harwood Jr. 1 Mar 1778. On 24 Aug 1805, final distribution of his estate made to Ann Lusby, deceased's only child, who received the full balance. [1]
